The draperies also have huge spots on them, as if someone’s champagne splashed all over it. On the first night I called the front desk about it and we have been here 4 days and they still haven’t changed the curtain despite my numerous complaints to different people at the front desk on different days. ![]() Our room’s shower curtain had stains and a long hair on it and the tub didn’t drain well while showering. And it’s not a COVID precaution bc most of the staff and drivers (and guests) are not wearing masks (CDC says not required if fully vaccinated). This is NOT what the front desk said when I called before making my reservation a month ago. If you’re considering this hotel bc of the shuttle service advertised by the hotel, this morning when I asked for a shuttle ride to an area about a mile away, the front desk told me it does not take guests anywhere except to/from the airport.
